How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing custom orders as early as possible. Availability varies by date and order size, and popular weekends may book quickly.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders to reserve your date.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due the day of your event, before pickup or delivery.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Local pickup is available, and local delivery may be added for an additional fee based on location.

Do you ship?
At this time, Sweet Drip Co offers local pickup and delivery only.

Can you match my party theme or colors?
Absolutely! Please include your theme, colors, and inspiration when ordering.

Do you offer edible images?
Yes. Edible images can be incorporated into select custom treats. Send your image to [email protected].

Can I request a flavor that isn’t listed?
Yes! Seasonal and specialty flavors may be available. Send us your request and we’ll let you know what we can create.

Can I make changes after booking?
We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, but changes requested after ingredients or custom supplies have been purchased may result in an additional charge.
