All Sweet Drip Co treats are made fresh to order and customized for each customer.

Booking Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date.

• Your date is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining 50% balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Cancellations

• The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.

• If an order is canceled before preparation begins, any amount paid above the deposit may be eligible for a refund.

• Once ingredients, custom supplies, or preparation have begun, additional payments may also become non-refundable.

Order Concerns

If there is an issue caused by Sweet Drip Co, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Because our products are perishable and made to order, returns are not accepted.
